It's pretty clear from the reports that the teens were taunting the animal and got more than what they bargained for.

1- That certainly doesn't warrant death by any means, but don't you find it difficult to muster up much sympathy ?

2- Why, in your opinion, are the surviving boys uncooperative with the police ?

3- Do you think this should get more media attention ?

In my opinion, this could be used as an example of stupid childish things that kids shouldn't attempt. Another example here :
