Pensez-vous que l'on puisse refuser un poste qui nous a été accordé au mouvement? Dans le cadre du mouvement intra départementtal?

Normalement, non; surtout si c'est le 1er mouvement car c'est un poste que tu as demandé. Maintenant, si tu as des arguments solides tu peux toujours essayer de trouver un arrangement avec ton IEN.

A mon avis non sauf si tu as un motif légitime auquel cas il faut t'adresser à ton ien et aussi voir du coté des syndicats.
