Bon, j'ai un peu honte de mon inculture (ah lala !) mais bon... _bl_sh_

Je me doute bien qu'il y a différence mais laquelle (lesquelles) entre des départements et des territoires. Les départements français et outre mer : ok même régime administratif, etc. mais pour les TOM. Les territoire sont plus indépendants ? en quoi ? bref, je sais que je ne sais rien... :blink:
