Bonjour,

C'est la première fois que je suis en arret maladie et je ne sais pas à qui envoyer la feuille de maladie.

Au collège? au directeur de SEGPa? ou à l'inspection?

Si c'est un arrêt court (1 ou 2 jours) je le donne à mon retour à la secrétaire du collège

Si c'est un arrêt long, je l'envoie au collège et ils se débrouillent avec.

(enfin pas le 1er feuillet hein, juste les utres)
