On m'a dit qu'avec mon CP-CE1 je pourrais faire du tutorat. Comment ça se passe exactement?( organisation, gestion???)

en général, quand mes ce1 avaient terminé leur travail, ils pouvaient aller aider ceux qui en avaient besoin parmi les cp : j'ai bien dit aider et pas faire le travail ! genre quand ils avaient des lettres pour les corres a faire, ils pouvaient les aider pour l'orthographe, quand c'était des maths, ils pouvaient les faire recompter s'ils s'etaient tromper, leur donner des astuces, ............

les ce1 adoraient ca, ils se sentaient grands, et demandaient souvent s'ils pouvaient aller aider les cp !
