Après un congé parental de 6 mois, conserve t-on son poste et son barème (points ZEP notamment) dans le Rhône?

Dans le Rhône oui pour le poste depuis la rentrée dernière (uniquement pour 6 mois par contre) et pour le barème moi j'avais perdu 50% de mes points 'normaux', pour les points ZEP je ne sais pas.
