Bonjour

Je serai à mi-temps en maternelle et je travaillerai avec un PES. Pour le moment je ne connais pas la niveau. Cette année j'ai travaillé à mi-temps et l'autre titulaire ne souhaitait pas que l.on se répartisse les compétences... ça n'a pas été évident pour certains domaines (l'écrit notamment)..Donc je me demandais comment se répartir les compétences ou domaines, avec la possibilité biensur de changer selon les envies, les projets à chaque nouvelle période. Comment avez-vous fait ?
