Bonjour,

l'enfant handicapé que j'accompagne doit participer à un voyage scolaire de 4 jours et 3 nuits.

Je dois effectuer une demande d'autorisation pour accompagner l'enfant.

Quelqu'un aurait-il un modèle à me transmettre et je suis sur que cela pourra servir à d'autres AESH qui se retrouveront dans le même cas que moi.
