Mes élèves du ce1 sont d'une lenteur incroyable. Du coup, ma programmation de la journée n'aboutit jamais.

Si c'est général à toute ta classe, tu allèges ce que tu as prévu pour ta journée! Peut-être que tu en as prévu un peu trop? _bl_sh_

Tu peux aussi donner des objectifs de temps:

" A 9 h 15, quand la grande aiguille noire est sur le 3, on corrige le premier exercice"

J'ai aussi un point de couleur rouge qui signifie travail pas fini.
