Bonjour à tous,

Suite à une inaptitude (problème de santé ), je suis en reclassement en renfort secrétariat administratif d'un collège. Les années passent (4ans déjà !) et je ne parviens pas à m'habituer à ce travail qui ne me correspond pas... Et pourtant raisonnablement, je devrais être satisfaite car je ne suis pas au chômage. Mais je m'étiole peu à peu, aucun épanouissement  et mon métier d'enseignante me manque tellement!!  Suis je dans l'illusion?Est ce une folie? Vais-je tenir physiquement ?

Avez-vous été dans cette situation? Etes-vous parvenu à faire lever l'inaptitude? Quelle a été la procédure? L"avez-vous regretté par la suite? 

Merci à chacun d'entre vous pour vos retours...vos expériences,  vos avis... ☺️

tu peux aller dans la partie Graffiti, sujet  Burnout, les filles pourront te renseigner je pense.
