Avec mes pbs de santé, le médecin peut me faire un certif pour bénéficier de points pour changer rapidement de dpt.

QQ1 sait ce qu'il faut faire exactement? Quel type de papier?

Je ne connais ni le contexte (gravité de ta maladie, motivations, etc.) ni ton académie, mais je sais que pour l'Académie de Créteil, il y a une bonnification de 1000 points. Tu peux aller voir ICI pour les détails, un peu plus bas dans la page "retour des dossiers médicaux"...

En espérant que ça pourra t'aider, sinon le mieux est de contacter l'académie dont tu dépends.
