Bonjour,

Je suis suppléante et on vient de me proposer un poste dans un IME.

L'AIS était mon premier choix dans mes voeux mais voilà ce sont des enfants agés de 12 à 14 ans donc j'hésite : car je fais plus jeune que mon âge donc problème d'autorité et je ne suis pas titulaire donc première expérience.

Je sais que je suis la seule à décider mais j'aurais aimé avoir des témoignagers.
