Je cherche éventuellement quelqu'un pour aller courir au stade Jean Bouin à Evreux (académie de Rouen) en sachant que j'ai un niveau très bas : pour l'instant j'ai courut 2 fois. La 1ère fois un tour de stade (400m) en 2min30 puis un tour en marchant puis un tour en courant en 2min25 puis un tour en marchant. La 2ème fois encore pire, un tour en courant 2min30, un tour en marchant, un tour en courant 3min, un tour en marchant ...

Voilà c'est vraiment nul, c'est pour ça que je cherche quelqu'un qui pourrait m'aider à me motiver, à 2 ou plus c'est plus facile d'aller jusqu'au stade !!
