Beaucoup de collègues trouvent que notre IEN est du genre lunatique et mieux vaut se faire inspecter dans un de ces bons jours. Comment gérer cela?

Sois en règle, c'est l'essentiel.

Si vraiment ça se passe mal et que ce n'est pas justifié selon toi, tu peux demander une autre inspection.
