Un point de quoi ?

J'ai travaillé 1 an comme surveillante à 1/2 temps puis 2 ans à plein temps.

Ceci m'a donné droit à un reclassement (car j'en ai fait la demande à mon entrée à l'IUFM) et j'ai passé plus rapidement les échelons : t2, échelon 5

J'attends également une réponse à ma demande de prise en compte pour l'anicienneté générale de service mais là c'est long !

L'année de mi temps compte la moitié d'une année à temps complet, logique ;)
