D'après moi, remédier, c'est par exemple après des évaluations, apporter des aides spécifiques à certains enfants en fonction des difficultés rencontrées.

Réguler, ce serait plus apporter des aides au cours d'une activité, pour relancer l'action, ou calmer le jeu (par ex en EPS), conseiller, recadrer, rappeler les consignes etc.....
