je ne suis pas sûre de bien cerner la différence entre les trois.

certains pourraient -ils m'éclairer de leur lumière

Alors la lecture à haute voix se fait après une lecture silencieuse puis au moins préparée.

La lecture interprétative doit être faite avec l'intonation et les émotions (colère, surprise ...) donc après une explication.

La mise en voix se doit être quand on fait lire à plusieurs élèves ensemble : répartition des rôles, qui lit quoi ...
