Hello!

Dans le commerce on vend un carnet de bord pour pouvoir noter par domaine et par période les compétences et objectifs abordés et répertorier ce qui est acquis, NA ou ECA par enfant. Je l'ai acheté l'an dernier et ca ne me convient pas <_< (pas assez de place pour écrire les objectifs...), alors j'aurais voulu faire ma propre grille. Comment faites vous? Quel outil utilisez vous? Merci d'avance! :blush:
