Donc, les avis sont partagés alors... :)

Pour ma part, en classe je continuerai avec :

Today is... Tomorrow will be... & yesterday was...

Au delà de la juste syntaxe, c'est aussi l'approche des 3 temps (passé, présent, futur) qui est visé (sans cours approfondi de grammaire).

Je n'ais pas eu le temps de venir voir les réponses plus tot, mais je ne pensais pas que cela ferait autant débat!

J'utiliserai donc "will be".
