bonjour,

je n'arrive pas à lire les formats JPEG!

savez vous quel logiciel utiliser pour pouvoir les lire?

Windows XP peut les lire, dans l'explorateur tu mets affichage en miniature ou album photo, sinon, tu peux télécharger une visionneuse gratuite :

Internet explorer aussi peut les lire, je suppose que tu dois avoir un problème d'association de fichiers.
