J'ai un souci avec mon appareil photo, lorsque je le branche à l'ordi je n'arrive plus à transférer les videos.

Elles n'apparaissent tous simplement plus sur le port.

J'ai voulu réinstaller le logiciel de l'appareil photo et impossible il plante tout le temps.

Pour les photos il n'y a pas de souci, mais pour les video je n'y arrive plus alors qu'avant ça marché (mon appareil est un HP photosmart).

Si quelqu'un a une idée merci
