la creation du nouveau titre "pe" date maintenant! les premiers pe sont maintenant à l'échelon 8 ou 9!

Dans le "meilleur" des cas (promotions TOUTES au grand choix), un PE entré en 1990 atteindra le 8e échelon en 2004... Et le 9e en 2007...

Il serait intéressant que des PE "1ère génération" nous disent à quel échelon ils sont actuellement.

t'as raison janfilip je me suis peut être un peu emballée sur les échelon mais comme tu le dis ils sont quand même au 7 ou 8. Une collègue de mon école est dans ce cas et c'est elle qui m'a parlé de ça.
