Je me dis que l'enfant doit fort souffrir (sens propre, sens figuré) car les enfants battus, "en général", ne le disent pas. Ils se sentent tellement honteux (on les culpabilise, genre : "tu vois ce que tu fais à ta mère ? " "tu ne fais que des bêtises" "tu m'as poussé à bout" etc ou souhaitent tellement protéger leur famille qu'ils se taisent. Quoiqu'ici la famille est séparée. Mais tout de même... Pour en parler, il lui a fallu beaucoup de courage.
