J'utilise Paint shop pro, l'outil "baguette magique" pour sélectionner une couleur (et l'effacer).

Mais Photofiltre (gratuit) fait ça aussi, jouer sur la tolérance pour obtenir l'effet voulu, et supprimer tout simplement les zones :
