et nous dans la sarthe : 1 point par année d'ancienneté, 1 point si 2 mi-temps dans l'année écoulée, 2 ou 3 points pour poste en AIS, point(s) pour les ZEP aussi je crois mais la note d'inspection ne compte absolument pas pour nous.

C'est dingue comme ça change d'un département à un autre. C'est pas juste je trouve...

Pourquoi une mère de 5 enfants serait-elle avantagée dans tel département et pas dans l'autre ?

Pourquoi une mauvaise note d'inspection pénaliserait dans un département et pas dans un autre ?

Bref, il y a trop de disparités, c'est dommage cryin
