bonsoir!

j'ai installé une nouvelle imprimante et j'ai un pb (comme toujours :dry: )

l'imprimante fonctionne très bien mais pas le scan (il me dit de vérifier l'adresse ip ou voir si le pare feu ne bloque pas :huh:

qui peut m'aider ??

ton imprimante est branchée en USB ou en Wifi ?

pour une question technique c'est bien de préciser le système d'exploitation, plus facile pour faire les recherches

branchée en usb sous seven....je ne suis pas chez moi, je teste ce soir

bon, j'ai testé, rien à faire

j'ai installé sur un autre ordi sous seven, antivirus kaspersky, firefox et là ca fonctionne sans pb !

j'ai remis sur mon ordi seven, antivirus avast, firefox et là pas moyen de scanner !

Je ne comprends pas ce qui cloche.; :idontno:
