Sinon, un syndicat m'a répondu et m'a dit qu'en demandant une dispo pour convenances perso ça remet mes points à zéro, pas si j'avais demandé une dispo pour suivre mon conjoint.

Le DRH m'a quant à lui dit que les points sont suspendus mais pas interrompus.

ça me ferait mal quand même que mes points retombent à zéro ! Que ça arrête d'avancer je trouve ça normal, mais que je perde tout.. Trop démoralisant !

Quelqu'un sait si je perdrai tous mes points ?

Personne ne me répond (ni le DRH, ne les syndicats et mon IEN n'en sait rien).
