On ne peut pas apprendre à lire uniquement avec un logiciel, c'est illusoire.

Par contre, "1000 mots", par exemple, permet, entre autre, de travailler le rapport graphème-phonème : http://jm.campaner.pagesperso-orange.fr/mil3.htm 

Je l'ai beaucoup utilisé en classe et il peut être utilisé avec la plupart des méthodes, en GS, CP et CE1.
