Bonsoir 

Je demande ma mutation depuis de longues années ( disponibilité). Si je ne le fais pas pendant un an et reprends ensuite, vais je perdre mes points et repartir de 0.

Bonjour

Tu ne perdras pas les points relatifs à ta situation (points de séparation depuis x années, nombre d'enfants, département non limitrophe, etc).

Par contre, si ta demande est interrompue, tu perds les 5 points par an pour renouvellement de ton voeux. Et on sait que chaque point compte...
