Est-ce que c’est un outil à sens unique : tu peux communiquer vers les familles,  mais les familles ne peuvent pas répondre directement ?

Parfois sens unique

parfois ils peuvent répondre (par exemple pour inscription pour rdv ils peuvent modifier les cellules)
