problème de son msn

Bonsoir,

depuis quelques jours (depuis que j'ai mis à jour windows xp et son super centre d'insécurité) j'ai un pb avec msn : image ok mais son haché. Mes interlocuteurs eux m'entendent parfaitement. J'ai parcouru pas mal de forums spécialisés, et il semble bien que ce soit le pare-feux qui buggent. Le problème c'est que même en mettant msn et ma webcam en exceptions ou même quand je désactive complètement le pare-feu, le problème persiste...

Je suis preneuse d'idées, de suggestions, de tout ce qui fera en sorte que je cesse de recevoir du son hachis parmentier.
