Quand vous contactez les syndicats, ils vous disent "oui, on sait", mais rien ne bouge, le statut reste le même.

Quand vous discutez avec des AE, ils ralent, tout comme moi, mais ne font rien, "par peur de non renouvellement de contrats ou autre

Quand les AE deviennent PE, ils oublient la cause des AE.

Et comme beaucoup d'entre nous deviennet ou espèrent devenir PE, ben les AE partent, mais le statut merd... reste.
