I don't know exactly how it works but i have seen a lot of mistakes in your sentences. You have to be careful with the grammar and also not try to translate your sentence in french. You can use simple words.

I like talking english -> I like speaking english

Because I enjoy learn things et teach their to the others -> because i enjoy learning things and teaching to others.

I want to teach that I learned -> i want to teach what i learned.

Since I decided to be a teacher, I work everytime because I didn't have the good graduation (bac STT) but my teacher was with me and encourage me to become that I wanted. It's with my motivation I am here today and I don't want to stop now -> that sentence seems to be quite long i don't get the idea.

I would say that : Since i decided to become a teacher , i worked the best that i can to be here i am today. And I hope that it doesn't stop.
