Dans mon ex-commune, je touchais environ 2x plus que la dame de service qui faisait le même boulot... Je me demande si c'est bien normal tout ça... :huh:

oui, hélas pour les autres ... nous, nous avons un taux officiel dont j'ai donné la référence, les agents communaux un autre et les contractuels vacataires je crois encore un autre :ninja: vous avez dit "à travail égal, salaire égal"! et bien ce n'est pas vrai cette fois encore! :ninja::ninja:
