On peut aller plus loin en étant plus précis dans les encadrements:

12x10puissance17 < X < 13x10puissance17

18x10 < Y < 2x100

==> 6x10puissance15 < X/Y < 13/18 x 10puissance16 < 0,8 x 10puissance16

< 8x10puissance15

Le quotient aura donc 16 chiffres et le premier chiffre sera 6 ou 7.
