OK, in my mind, it was quite the same, and it could be involved in a training schedule, so I prefered ask you before. Perhaps you can say it differently, like this : This subject (for exemple, the division, that is your "sequence", that you can name) can be split up (=divide) into 10 lessons. First, I..., then ... etc.....
