Voilà, c'est bien le problème (j'ai XP familial)...

Je ne sais pas si il a été précisé qu'il vaut mieux passé l'antivirus et l'antispyware en mode sans échec afin d'éviter qu'ils se lancent en mémoire au démarrage et résistent par la suite...
