Je me demande si tu peux pas voir avec ton syndicat pour des permutations? Y a probablement des personnes dans le meme cas que toi mais qui veulent partir où tu es actuellement.

Après, en restant où tu es actuellement est-ce que tu ne gagnes pas un bonus pour le mouvement? 3 ans: 3 points par exemple.
