En général ils accordent l'arret anticipé du congé parental au 1er septembre quand l'année scolaire recommence. Pour eux il n'y a aucun intéret à accorder la reprise anticipée en été.

Ca veut dire que je suis la seule à préparer ma classe et ma rentrée pendant les grandes vacances. Je suis toujours une semaine avant dans mon école pour tout organiser. Je trouve normal d'être rémunérée pour ce travail. Autrement, j'arrive le 1er septembre, les mains dans les poches?
