Oui tout à fait 

Brillante est épithète du nom vétérinaire et c'est le GN tout entier ("une brillante vétérinaire") qui est attribut du sujet.

    Oui, comme le dit Ccamille.

    L'analyse grammaticale procède comme un système de poupées russes. L'attribut du sujet peut avoir diverses natures telles qu'un groupe nominal dans l'exemple ci-dessus ou une proposition ici :
