Chez nous tu ne peux pas te mettre à mi-temps si tu es directeur.

On ne peut pas te refuser un mi-temps de droit .....donc si tu es enceinte et que tu es directrice titulaire de ton poste, lors de ta reprise si tu veux être à mi-temps personne ne peut te le refuser, et pourtant tu restes directrice puisque tu es titulaire du post ;);)
