La mienne aussi est inactive. J'ai téléphoné au service après-vente et on m'a dit, parès m'avoir fait faire plusieurs manipulations, que c'était un problème de branchement USB et qu'il fallait que j'apporte mon ordinateur pour qu'on me répare ça. J'y connais pas grand chose alors je ne peux pas te donner plus de détails.

Verifier quand même dans le BIOS que les péripheriques USB soit "enable"
