What is your answer if the judges ask : Have you never go to England?

My answer :

At the age of twelve or thirtheen, I was going to London with the school. It was a very short travel, just one day.

Besides the visit of the town, I remember to (have, non ?)visited the museum thussauds with lot of celebrities and important personn as the england familie whose princess diana. je dirai : as princess diana, a member of the royal family

For this travel, I was taken(took) a ferry boat for the first time and also the shuttle. ou mieux : I traveled by ferry and shuttle for the first time, le take me gêne

My dream is to go to Ireland. I find this island beautiful. I have some friends were going to there. We have seen the photograph...waouhhh!

Just a drawback : the weather!!!

Unfortunately, I never have the chance to go to England... But, if one day I had the opportunity, I would like to go to London. This city seems to me very attractive and I 've heard such good opinions about this city... It's one of the most famous cities in the world, and I would like to discover this place!

Otherwise, the Ireland seems also interessant and attractive in a different way: very beautilful landscapes, etc...

Wathever, England and The United Kingdom in general has a different culture. Although it's a european country, english people have different habits, and I think it's really interessant and exciting to discover a culture!

My answer would be:

I've been to England quite a few times. In 2003 I've been there in order to work as a language assistant in Banbury, not far from Oxford and I really enjoyed my stay over there. I met very nice people and I had enough time to visit the country. To me London is one of the greatest city I've ever been because of its museums and its shops.

I also had the occasion to go to Edinburgh and scottish people is just so welcoming! One of them took my friend and I around the city to tell us about its history... This is a wonderful memory...

It deals with the increasing obesity rate and means to shallow it.

Obesity is the sickness of the century, but it's really dangerous.

It can provoque diets and cancers

The guardian reveals that English government have planned to turn fit towns to eco towns, to tackle obesity crisis.

Alan johnson, the health secretary, wants Britain to follow the french example as reduce the proportion of overweight childs.

9% for the boys and 3% for the girls.

To him, this hight level is due to climate changing and will fall only with work and a comprehensive long term strategy .

The solutions proposed are

to control the regular weight of chidren since the primary school

to reexamine programmes in school to eat healthly avoiding fast food

to encourage in practising sport every day life

Sinon après can, must, should... on met un verbe à l'infinitif : donc "we can use" et pour dire "pour": for + GN et To + BV => "we used some photographs to customize..."

Tiens c'est bizarre, j'avais posté un message tout à l'heure pour te répondre mais il n'est pas apparu. Bon c'est pas grave je le remets. Alors je n'ai jamais entendu ni lu "my mean hobby" pour dire ma passion principale mais tu peux peut-être dire par exemple "my favourite hobby"

I begin to panic. We are tuesday and my oral examination start up next monday. I find it is difficult to study, I know I should but I am lazy!!!

Otherwise, the weather is awful, it's rain all the time. So I haven't bravery to run!
