I agree with you about the fact that a personn who killed thousands of personns merits to die. But if the judge made a mistakes or something like that it's impossible to go back so I think that jail is the solution. Patrick Dills who was first said guilty and then aquitted is an example. I think that the best is to incarcerate people and make them work to eat and obtain some privilege.

I find your answer interesting, Julie, but who is Patrick Dills ?

Posté(e)

It's a boy who was accused for the murder of tow children in France. He was 17 years old and passed nearly 15 years in jail before he was acquitted. He passed 15 years to claime his innocence and a judge finished to believe him.

I think this history is a tragedy because the life of this man is destroyed. They also discovered that Patrick Henry was near the village when the two children were killed. So...

You can speak with us, I think it is a good training. You can also try to summarize some texts and to speak and don't worry, all the personns who have already take their exam said the jury was nice !!!

I try to learn vocabulary but my brean isn't receptive. This optionnal test starts to irritate me, which the jury will think beeing that I don't understand anything in spite of my efforts. :(

Yes, stay positive and even if it's hard for you to make a sentence, you have to show that you're able to comunicate, so try to do short sentences, with words that you know, and stay calm, because from what I heard, the texts wasn't too complicated, and the jury always seems to speak clearly. Anyway, I wish you good luck. I take this exam tomorrow so I'm also a bit stressed !
